Website cookies

Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit some websites. We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which will use cookies to help identify your computer and enable us to monitor web traffic. We don’t have access to any personal information about you or your computer. You can disable any cookies already stored on your computer, but these may stop our website from functioning properly. The lawful basis for processing this data is Consent.

Marketing information

In the event that you submit your email address or contact details to Recursyv, we will only use these details for the purposes of maintaining contact with you. We will not pass these onto any other third party.

Recursyv email campaigns are only sent to email addresses where people have opted-in to receive emails, either directly from Recursyv or via data agencies. We don’t want to be “those guys” who spam people – if you don’t want to receive our emails, please unsubscribe using the link in the email and we’ll do our level best to ensure you don’t receive emails again. The lawful basis for processing this data is Consent.

Data in transit

As a provider of Seamless, a market leading data transmission service, Recursyv take our responsibilities in respect of data privacy extremely seriously. Security, and the associated data privacy benefits, has been a pillar of the design of Seamless from the outset. These aspects of the Seamless design are discussed on the Seamless web pages elsewhere on this website.

Where customers are using Recursyv’s Seamless sync service, Recursyv will be transferring data from one system to another. The only function performed by Recursyv is transmitting data from source to target (which may include system-to-system data transformation), Recursyv do not access, analyse and/or process or use the data for any other purposes. The lawful basis for processing this data is Contract.

Recursyv’s own responsibilities are detailed in the Seamless terms of service and associated contracting between Recursyv and Seamless subscribers. If you have reason to believe that your personal data may be being processed by Seamless and you have a specific concern in this respect, please contact dataprotection [at] with a request for further information.
