What does the Seamless service include?
Seamless is provided as a managed service operated by Recursyv.
A cloud hosted service
Seamless is provided as a service to users on a subscription basis. The subscription fee is typically determined by refresh frequency (e.g. every 5 minutes, every 15 minutes, every hour, etc.) supported by an underlying message volume allowance.
Recursyv have modelled the message volume allowance tiers to support the operational needs of the vast majority of businesses. If you have a specific data volume scenario you'd like to model with us, please talk to us and we will be delighted to work with you.
Recursyv operate proactive monitoring which informs us if there are issues with the Seamless service. Our engineers are immediately notified of any errors and these are quickly analysed.
Where issues will result in operational interruptions to syncing data, Recursyv will inform you about the interruption as well as what we are doing to minimise impact and restore service.
Recursyv are building a growing library of connector plugins for common SaaS applications. Additionally, we provide foundation connectors for RESTful/JSON & SOAP/XML APIs as well as database connectors for a range of popular database platforms.
Connector plugin features can also be extended using .NET without having to rebuild any underlying features within the existing plugin. Enabled by this toolset, developing connectors to applications not already in our connector library typically takes about a week.
The price of an integration is not impacted by which connectors are being used to enable the sync.
Security by design
Seamless is deployed within Microsoft's Azure cloud. Azure meets a broad range of international and industry-specific compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2, as well as country-specific standards, such as Australia IRAP, UK G-Cloud and Singapore MTCS.
Seamless does not retain data beyond the time when it is in transit. Data in transit is encrypted using a 128-bit encryption algorithm, with the encryption keys being unique to each integration tenant.
Configuration data is stored behind firewalls ensuring only a restricted set of IP addresses can access it. Configuration data is also encrypted using an industry standard 128-bit encryption algorithm and a different encryption key set to those used for data in transit.
Configuration, development and test services
Recursyv can provide a configuration tool allowing you to develop and test Seamless plugins locally. Test and pre-production Seamless environments can be provided alongside your production environment.
If you're looking to develop bespoke connector plugins, Recursyv will support with you with provision of development tools and a test service. Bespoke plugins can be built as an extension of existing plugins, allowing you take advantage of Seamless core service features and only develop code where it is necessary. Bespoke plugins are developed using .NET.
